Delivery Services

The following delivery services are now available in the UK:

Standard Delivery £3.50

Royal Mail 2nd class standard delivery 3-5 working days. During busy times of year this may take slightly longer.

Expedited Delivery £5.25

Royal Mail 1st class 1-2 days Monday-Thursday when ordered before 1PM.

Free Delivery

All orders over £75 qualify for free expedited 1-2 day 1st class delivery.

Local Pickup

If you live in close proximity to us you can pick up your parcel / drop off any returns at our shop.

For overseas delivery, the following rates apply:

European Delivery £8.00

Royal Mail international 3-6 working days.

Rest Of The World £12.00

Royal Mail international 5-8 working days.

Returns Policy

Returning Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition (see guidelines below for what constitutes as 'original condition') within 14 days of receiving the goods. Always retain proof of purchase as we cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, usually the same day that the item(s) have been received back by us and you will receive email conformation from us.

Exchanging Items For A Different Size

In order to guarantee getting a different size we would advise purchasing the new size from the website and returning the item in the size not required using the returns procedure above.

Faulty Items or Wrong Item

If the item that you received is faulty or if the item you received does not match what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, via email or telephone (see below) so that we can reserve a replacement garment if required. We will refund the postage.

With regards to a faulty item, please note that if the goods for any reason are not considered to be faulty, you will be charged the additional postage and packaging before the goods can be returned to you.. We regret that we can not assist with faulty items purchased more than 8 weeks ago.

Returning Items In Their Original Condition

Please take extra care when trying items on to avoid staining from make-up, deodorant, perfume or other. The item must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached and in the same condition as it was when the item left the cut label.

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges for any of the following items for hygiene reasons if the item isn't faulty:

- Jewellery

- Underwear

- Hats

- Swimwear

The Cut Label reserves the right not to accept a refund for goods not returned in the required condition as specified in our returns policy. If this is the case we will inform you of this via email and return the goods via Royal Mail recorded delivery.
